InfoPath Dev

Hi, I have created a SharePoint library form and configured it to multiple submit (SharePoint library and email). I followed following link to configure it (https://support.formotus.com/hc/en-us/articles/201042497-How-to-configure-a-multiple-submit-in-InfoPath). However, in email submit, infoPath is using my own email address to send an email. I want it to use SharePoint default emails address which SharePoint designer workflow uses to send emails. Could anybody provide me pointers to change it? I appreciate any help on it.

Will this form be used in the browser or in InfoPath Filler? In Filler, the email submit will use whoever submits as the "from" email - so you may want to just use workflow on the library it submits to instead. In the browser, I think it will use the email account that SharePoint is configured to send email from.

Infopath form is used in browser. But it is sending email from my outlook account not SharePoint account.

I tested this on SharePoint online - the From address was [email protected]. I tested on an on-prem 2010 and the From address was a service account email that was used when outgoing email was configured in central admin. You may want to check w/ your SharePoint admins on this, see what the settings are for email for the SharePoint server.

We have SharePoint 2013 on-prem. I'll check with our SharePoint Admin. Thank you Hilary for quick response.
