    Connecting Forms

I would like to know how to connect 4 different, yet related forms - heres the scenario.
Forms - Employees, Wages, File Attachments, & Projects
Once the user has filled out the Employee record I have included three buttons allowing them to connect to the other forms. However, here's the problem. How do I get the other forms to automatically open on that Employee ID? i.e. how do I link these forms by id.?

    hi,
Can you be more clear here
Do each employee have individual wages, file attachments, projects forms or a group or section of id's have same wages, file attachments, projects forms

    Thanks Shilpa,
Currently I have each of the forms as individual forms. ie. There are no 'Repeating or Optional' or 'Advanced' InfoPath controls. What I did was I created my form by first inserting a layout table, into which I inserted controls for each field individually using Insert Menu - More Controls...
(Note: I have connection to Web Service linking to a SQL Database)

I then included a SUBMIT button and a NEW RECORD button. Once the user has filled-in the form he/ she can submit the form. Once the form has been submitted they can press the NEW RECORD button to add another employee. (I didn't wish to use repeating groups, etc. because I want the user to be able to only navigate through individual records)

At the bottom of the form I have included three buttons called: WAGES, ATTACH, PROJECTS. The idea behind this is that when the user has submitted the form if he/ she presses any of these buttons it would take them to the relevant form pertaining to the Employee that they have submitted or queried. Hope that will help you more.

    Namaste!
