InfoPath Designer 2010 & Sharepoint Email Notification Help

    Hello,

So I have created a form on InfoPath that includes  Manager and Sr Manager approval sections, with a drop down Person/group picker.

Basically, What I need to be possible with my form:

The requester submits a request with manager and sr manager field filled in, an email is sent to the manager to approve
if the manager approves an email is sent to sr manager to approve
if manager declines, email is sent to requestor saying the request was declined
if sr manager approves an email is sent to manager and requester to say its approved and if declined, email is sent to manager and requestor to say it declined

    Where/How do I do this?

Is it rules that I need to add to the section? or the submit button? Is it something on sharepoint directly? Or something else entirely..

I have attached my form here .

Thank you in advance for you help, still new to InfoPath.

You'll need to add a data connection to your form that sends email (or you can use SharePoint designer workflow, if you prefer). I generally have a field named "Status" in my form and use that to keep track of who to send things to. Normally I include a link to open the form. I'm attaching a simple sample form with fields used for the email data connection - doing that allows you to set "To", "Subject" and so on right as you submit. Save the file locally, right click and select design, then you can look at the form, preview, etc.
