I attached the form of "reserved material" and picture with the SharePoint lists. The Reserved material(Tracmor number) is a data connection (with filter) to stock(N°Tracmor). Thank you in advance for your reply

And sorry, I don't see that I can't attache more than one document. See in attachment the Reserved material(Tracmor number) details.

Re: Compare two lists from data connection

The second screenshot doesn't make sense to me - is the column really a choice with the default values you show? Based on the screenshot of the list data, though, I can see the Reserved Materials list has text entered for the number & the stock list has a number value. This could be causing the comparison issue. Are these lists in use currently? Or are you still developing them? I ask because it seems to me that you'd want to use a lookup for this column in the Reserved Materials list.

The Reserved material(Tracmor number) is a data connection (with filter) to stock(N°Tracmor). So this column content the same data that stock(N°Tracmor). I am developing all lists and forms, so I can add modifications if need.

In Reserved Material, on SharePoint, in the list settings, I would make Tracmor number a lookup column that looks up the Tracmor number from the Stock list. That way you can only select valid numbers. After you do that, walk through the data connections in the form again to update them. Then, your comparison for the dropdown where you wish to only display stock(N°Tracmor) would be able to compare on the ID.

I am testing many combinaison to try to filter 2 sharepoints lists. When I will find solution, I will write it in this post.

I really think the issue is that your data types don't match across your lists. If you use a lookup for the column in the reserved materials, then you can filter on the ID (lookups store the ID for the parent list).

I don't understand why you would do this. What you want to do as it stands is perfectly possibly, as demonstrated in my sample form. Is there a reason you don't want to use a lookup column in your Reserved Materials list?

Re: Compare two lists from data connection

I find the solution !! You can compare both lists only if it has the same variable. I tested : number with formula (number type) = KO, Number with choice = KO, number with number =OK. So I have created a new column (number type) in my sharepoint list and with Nintex I have copied the data in. Now, I can compare my both lists beacause I compare the same variable type. Thank you for your support !!
