Insert Item not working in additional rows of repeating table

     Hi Everyone,

I have an IP form with 3 different views (Support, Move & Issue Follow Up) for our IT support team. Each view contain an Activity Table (repeating table) for our tech action notes. On 2 of the views, the Insert Item link works perfectly allowing the techs to enter multiple notes as they progress to their assignments, however on the Move view, the Insert Item does not work at all. I already check the settings of the repeating table and everything is configured the same way as the other views.

How odd! No conditions on the section to disable it? Maybe try adding it to the view again (copying from a working view?) and see what happens.

    Hi Hilary,

Very odd, all the other repeating tables I have on other views work fine however the two repeating tables I have on this particular view, none of them work. Do you know if the are view-specific rules and/or settings/preferences for views individually.

Re: Insert Item not working in additional rows of repeating table

I'm having the same problem.  Had several repeating tables on main view that worked fine.  Then added a second view with one repeating table.  Now the repeating table on the new view is working fine, but all of the repeating tables on the default view have stopped letting me insert new items in the table.  Any idea what I need to do?

    - Figured it out. Somehow the "let user add additional items" boxes in repeating table properties got unchecked for all repeating tables on the main view.  Was easy to fix (just rechecked the box in all RTs).  Weird part is have no idea how this happened (I certainly didn't uncheck them, and they were working earlier today).
