Survey form needs Yes/No responses from an email. Is there a way to get the username of the person filling out the form. I cant find anything on the internet, except for using sharepoint, which our company doesn't use. Does anyone know how to do this? I tried referencing the operating system's whoami, but couldn't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
