In my form I have Multiple Selection Listbox. This Listbox contains as choices names of departments in my company. My goal is to create funcionality, in which by choosing departments we are automatically assigning email recipients. For example, if we choose in this listbox 'Purchasing' and 'R&D' in another textbox we will get value '
[email protected];
[email protected]'. And value in textbox will depend on our choices in listbox. It will be the best to do as much as possible in InfoPath. I can also use SharePoint Designer and create workflow in it, but I will be very satisfied if SharePoint will only receive complete value from InfoPath. Can I do it in InfoPath without coding? If coding is necessary which steps needs to be done programatically? And if you think that there is another, better way to attain my goals please share with me your solution.
