InfoPath Dev

Hello, I'm trying to create an InfoPath form, to be published to a SharePoint 2013 list, that will allow the ranking of items. For example, I'm currently looking at opening a bid for different holidays so a user can rank in order of importance to them. I'd like the form to start out by ranking the holidays in numerical order, and then the rankings will auto update as the user changes... so something like this to start: Rank - Holiday 1 - New Year's Day 2 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day 3 - Memorial Day 4 - July 4th 5 - Labor Day 6 - Thanksgiving 7 - Christmas So if someone goes in and changes Christmas to rank 1, it'll auto update the others by +1. Or, if they change July 4th to rank 1 it'll update NYD, MLK Day, and Memorial Day, but change nothing with Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. I've tried setting this up, but I just cant figure out a way to make it a unique number per holiday. Any help would be greatly appreciated... or anything to point me in the right direction. I'm not an expect with InfoPath, but I'm not entirely new to it either.

 So - this is a list form, not a form published to a Library? You'll have a different column for each holiday? I'm struggling to understand the schema here. :)

 It's published to a library.  Originally I was trying a list, but now I'm trying a library.

So where the numbers are, I want them to be able to enter or select from a drop down... but I don't want them to be able to select the same number twice.

Not sure if that's even possible... I've searched and searched and can't figure anything out.  I don't have access to coding, btw.  Only SharePoint Designer 2013.
