Hi All, We have an Infopath 2013 form as a content type in a document library in SharePoint Online. For some users, when clicked on "New Form" in the document library - below error is displayed "The document could not be created. The required application may not be installed properly or the template for this document library cannot be opened". When the site is opened via Infopath Client, It works fine. But when it is opened via Document Library, some users are facing this issue.

 What web browser are they using? Try IE, and add the site to compatibility view if just IE doesn't work.

The Browser is IE. We have added the site to Trusted Sites in Internet Options. Still doesnt work. Could you please explain what I need to do to add the site to compatibility view? I am sorry, but I am not aware. Thank You !

From the settings menu in IE, select the Compatibility View option - however, it may already be in compat view if it is in trusted sites.
