Errors when submit form data to Sharepoint list from email attachment

I am created SharePoint 2010 list with several simple fields. Then i customize form for this list with InfoPath Designer 2010 by adding Submit button. For customized form i created 2 Data Connections:

    1) Main data connection which directly submit form data to SharePoint list

    2) Email Submit data connection which send form data as attachment to email recipient

    2 buttons -

    1) Save Updates Button-   "Send form data to SharePoint list" (with using Main data connection)

    2) Notify Button            -   "Send form data to email recipient as attachment" (with using Email Submit data connection)

If i open form from SharePoint interface and push Submit all works as expected. Data successfully submitted to SharePoint list and sent  and received via email  as attachment. But i want to ask you about behavior which occurs when i open form from received email message. When i do this form are opened in InfoPath Filler 2010.

After I made my updates in the form and tried to save the updates by clicking the "Save Updates" button ,  i getting only errors.

"The form cannot be submitted because of an error."

Details: "InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form does not contain any new data to submit to the data source."

I have been looking for solutions everywhere but couldn't find one .
I will deeply appreciate if you could offer some tips .

I don't think that your emailed form will re-submit to the list. I think you'd need to include a link to the form in the email so the users open the form in the browser....
