Repeating Table - Different People Picker but Same Title and Phone Displays for All Rows

I have a repeating table and a people picker as one of the fields. The people picker brings back the Title and phone of the person selected. I have the people picker in the repeating table so it can be used to select different people per row, but the Title and Phone fields placed under the people picker section in the source fields heiarchy continues to bring back the latest title/phone into all the rows. I want Bob's title and phone in the first row and Tom's title and phone in the second row, etc. What I'm getting is the title and phone of the last person selected displayed in all rows. Below is my structure.

Note, I have 2 Title fields and 2 Phone fields and I have the people picker populate them both and I tried changing the binding in the table to either and the results are the same (same entry in all fields in a column for phone and title) even though the people picker field displays a different selected person per row.

    Sect_Associate (Group Repeating)
         TB_Attendee Title (Field)
         TB_Attendee Phone (Field)
         Section-PeoplePicker (Group)
              PeoplePicker (Group)
                   pc:Person (Group Repeating)
                        DisplayName
                        AccountId
                        AccountType
                   TB_Associate Title (Field)
                   TB_Associate Phone (Field)

    Simple fix?

So - the people picker is set to allow multiple selections? Or is the "PeoplePicker (Group)" repeating? I think the people picker control needs to only allow single selections, and the group it is in should be set to repeat. Then you'll have an instance of your title and phone field for each person selected.

People picker "Allow multiple selections" check box is empty and the group it is in is set to repeat, but still doesn't work. I have another file set up exactly the same way and it works so I know it must be something really silly. I'll send both files. If you have a chance to look at it...great; otherwise, I'll have to make them all text fields for now because my deadline for go-live is Monday. Thanks, DAP

Thank you Hilary, you sent an explanation offline and I want to make sure others can find the solution if needed. I took you suggestion of moving the secondary data connection query and rules from the secondary AccountID field to the Main data field created to keep up with the Account ID (I named it AccountIDLookup). Anyway, I don't understand why it works in one form and I had to make this change in this form, but it works, so thank you.

Below is the text you sent to me offline for Forum readers' benefit:

The issue is that you run the query and set the fields on the change of the account name in the data connection. If you have a repeating structure, and you set values from a rule on a node outside of the repeating structure, you’ll set all instances.

Remove the rules on the secondary data connection query field. Put them here instead:

Set the account name query field, execute the query, then when you set the name and email you know it is the one for that group (although since I see Sect_PeoplePickers is not repeating, perhaps I still don’t understand what you are trying to do or what the issue is). I do see this is also how the other form is set up, but since these parent groups aren’t repeating, I am not understanding how the Conference Briefing Center form corresponds to your post? Maybe send a screenshot of the filled out form showing the issue.

The pc:Person group will always show in the schema as repeating – because the people picker can be set to allow multiple entries in the control. H.
