 Oh dear - can you grab another copy of the template from the site it is published to and open it in design mode again, just to make sure a layout table or something didn't get resized? Let me know if you'd like me to take a look and see if it repros on my machine - you can attach the template under the Options tab. I've never had this happen - but I have in the past deleted a table layout row and had IP decide that all my layout tables should be half the width they were.

Well, what I am wondering is if it is something specific to your machine - that's why I wanted to take a look at it. Are your IE text size settings at medium? I realize that seems like a strange question, but InfoPath uses IE for some rendering, so that can affect the appearance of the form.
