Repeating Table - first 5 rows' default value(field 1) should not repeat on new row

I have to display default value only on the first 5 rows in one field ( exp: field1). All the subsequent rows created by the user should not display the default values. How to achieve it? Please guide. Thanks & Regards, Yugeswaran

Do you include any rows by default? Or is this the first 4 rows the user adds (along with the single default row) should have this value, and any new rows should not?

Hi Hilary Apologies for the late reply. I've found a workaround for that. I have a different question. Is it possible the InfoPath form can be edited by two users at the same time when open from SharePoint? For example, like the collaboration in online Microsoft Excel and Document when open from SharePoint. I'm using SharePoint 2013 and InfoPath 2013. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi - no, InfoPath doesn't do this, I'm afraid.

Hi Hilary Is there any other workaround for this? Because when user A and B edit at the same time, either one of their data only get saved. Please suggest..

If you are using browser forms, you'd need to check the file out the user to prevent them from accidentally overwriting each other. I have a blog post on that which might help you get started - please note it is a few years old. http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2010/11/10/check-that-form-out-or-in-automatically.aspx
