I am using translate functions to count the number of separate strings scanned into a multiline textbox. It works perfectly in a web browser form. However, when I switch to a filler form it doesn't calculate properly. Any ideas?
Barcodes are scanned into a multiline textbox named "Files"
A textbox named "Convtxt1" replaces the spaces between barcodes with an "&" = Convtxt1 = translate(../my:Files, "", "&")
A textbox named "Convtxt2" runs another translate function = Convtxt2 = translate(../my:Convtxt1, "1234567890ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz", "")
My "Total" textbox function is set like this = Total = string-length(../my:Convtxt2) div "2"
As I stated these formulas all work in harmony when used in a web form however when I switch the form type to a filler form, the counts aren't correct.
Any help is much appreciated.
