So we have a form on our SharePoint site that has worked great for a year. Now I'm getting reports from the field that when the user selects the PRINT icon or uses the FILE (dropdown) and then selects PRINT the window just shuts down. No error message, nothing. The form just goes away. We have Windowx XP, Win IE 7.0.5730.

Curious if anyone else is seeing this.

Update: To recap, it closes the browser whenever a user;

edit* Found a fix for my issue. Windows 10 Navigate to Printers and scanners Let Windows manage my default printer switch this to OFF
