Submitting a form with Multiple repeating sections to Multiple lists

Submitting a form with 3 regions lets say. region 1 is normal and should go to list A region 2 has repeating section and should go to list b as multiple entries region 3 has repeating section and should go to list c as multiple entries Please suggest how to do this in infopath.......
