Hello everyone,
I set up a form where I used a bunch of People-/Group Pickers. I created a Dataconnection with the SOAP "http://SERVERXXXXX/_vti_bin/UserProfileService.asmx?WSDL" and the method "GetUserProfileByName".
In each control element I set the Server address to http://SERVERXXXXX and allowed "Persons and Groups" & "All Users" in the general tab.
It is working perfectly fine when I try to search single users in our active directory. However, I am not able to find any AD-groups, that already exists. When I create a new AD-group, the Picker is able to find it immediately.
What am I missing? Why doesnt it show any exisiting groups?
I am using Infopath 2013 and Sharepoint 2010
2 more side questions:
- is there a string to type in the box to show all available users/groups? ("*" is not working)
- the first time a users opens the form and wants to put in a user via person picker, the form takes about half a minute to connect to the server... so is there a way to do it faster?
And how do I format my post in this forum :D this looks horrible.
