I created an web browser InfoPath form in a SharePoint library. I also created a workflow that is to be executed automatically when a new document (i.e. InfoPath form) is created (added) to the SharePoint library. The workflow triggered only once, the first time I tested it, and will not trigger again, when a new document is added. What am I missing? Thank you.
