I am working with Sharepoint 2010 OOB and Infopath 2010.
have searched but not quite sure how to word what I'm searching for
I have an infopath form which a user fills in and clicks [Submit] two actions then happen.
1 - Form is emailed to a recipient (in the main body of the email)
2 - A sharepoint list is updated with the info.
I would like the following to happen.
I would like the email recipient to go to a sharepoint page which opens the form that the submitter has just completed. - There is a unique identifier field (a number field) that can be used to tie it in.
I then want them to edit one field on the form and email it back. This part I think I can do, but my main issue is having the form open with the correct info visible?
If it's not possible to have them go directly to the right info (from a URL link in the original email) then I would settle for them going to a sharepoint page with the form embedded and typing in the unique identifier and opening the form with the correct info showing that way..
Just can't figure it out ! Hope you can help :)
many thanks
