The form is being displayed on a page in an Infopath Form WebPart. The field in Infopath is a Datetime Picker. My problem arises when you enter a date and then change the time. The date is reset to the current date. I have no rules/defaults set on the field in the form, the format is set to the default format, and it's not set in the Field settings (In the SharePoint list) either. It doesn't act this way when I open the form from the list. Is this a bug?
