Browser form works, client filler does not for Sharepoint 2010

    Hello,

I have created an infopath form that works great in the browser, but there are some customers who use the form frequently for similar items. They would like to download the form (as an XML file?) with much of the information and then submit to the sharepoint list. Works fine on my computer, run into domain security and trust issues when I email them the form and then they try to open the form. Unfortunately, when I look in the design mode to change the form to full trust I do not have the Security option. My understanding is that the form has to be enabled for "Full Trust". Do I need to get an admin to help me with that?

Also, when I save the form it is in xsn format (template). How do I actually save it as a form?

    Hello Kougar,

You should be able to set the form to "Full Trust" by openning the XSN or form in design mode (right click > select design). Under the File tab, Select Advanced form options > Security and Trust > Uncheck Automatically determine security level > select Full Trust. Please check if you have that option available and let me know how it goes.
