Repeating table in a repeating section

Hi, if this question has already been asked and answered elsewhere, please point me on my way.  I'm very new to both InfoPath and SharePoint.

I'm creating a project planning form that has basically two parts to it.  In Part A, a user will complete an objective section listing as many objectives as his project is expected to have.  I plan to use a single column repeating table for this.  When the user completes this section, suppose he adds N number of entries in this repeating table Objective1, Objective2, ...ObjectiveN (and call the repeating Table itself "ObjectiveList".)

Some users (not all) might later be asked to complete Part B, which would have a section that lists each of the N Objectives, and a repeating table attached to each objective that the user would provide detail steps to reaching the objective (say a step description, budget per step, and schedule for each step).

If I didn't want to do any autopopulating, I could put a repeating table inside a repeating section (along with a text field to identify the objective - call this field "Objectives") and it works fine.  The user just has to manually re-enter each objective in the objective field of the repeating section.

However, I would like to autopopulate that text field with the entries held in "ObjectiveList".

If I change "Objectives" to be a calculated value and let "Objectives" = "ObjectiveList", the repeating section autopopulates with the first entry in ObjectiveList, Objective1.

What I would like would be to have a section in Part B of the form that lists each of the entries in ObjectiveList and has an associated repeating table waiting for the user to enter detailed steps.   Is there a simple way of doing this?
