I am using Qdabra's Electronic Signature to apply digital signature into our InfoPath forms. I am using Office 365. I have uploaded the Signature Admin.stp file in List Templates (a new Team site) and created a library out of it. But when I go to the library and click on create, it thows an error msg saying

Why am I getting this message?? Am I missing anyting??
