I have been out searching and unable to find my specific issue. I believe it may have to do with the InfoPath not being turned on somewhere but I can't find where.
I have sites under my site collection, one is called Schools - Education (for example https://ourcompany.sharepoint.com/Schools) and then I have another for out Dept/IT (https://ourcompany.sharepoint.com/Department/IT)
In the Schools - Education site I am able to create a list and then click on "Customize in InfoPath" from the ribbon and no issues. However, I create a list in the Dept/IT site (with no data in it) and when I try to open it in InfoPath I get an InfoPath error that says "InfoPath cannot generate a form template for the SharePoint list. The SOAP message cannot be parsed."
Can someone please help?
