InfoPath Dev

I am using qRules to submit a nested repeating table to a list, actually multiple nested tables (3 levels).  When the form is initially created there is no problem with the submission.  However, if the form is re-opened and submitted again the submit to list fails and I receive the error message "Cannot access closed stream."  I assume it must be related to the table structure but I have been unable to diagnose the issue.  The form will only submit to the list on initial submit, it doesn't matter whether you change information in the form or add a new line I receive the same error. Thoughts/Ideas?

Thanks Hilary.  I removed identifying information from URL. I'm actually creating items in two lists which you'll see in the mapping file.  I've tried as child-parent, both as parent and separately.  It seems the submit to the Stability testing list is what's causing the problem.  I fI split them the review is successful.

 So - what are the data types in your Stability list? Are any of them lookups? I'm wondering about "TimePoint" - in Stability is that a lookup to the TimePoint list?

 There are two lookup fields in the stability list.  Review Form which references the timepoint list item and Study Reference which references the InfoPath form

 Got it. I had repeated one of the fields in the mapping file (ugh!). After I removed that everything seems to be working.  Thanks for taking a look, you're always so quick to respond

 Hey, glad you got it squared away and thanks for posting what the issue is - now I'll know what to look for next time someone gets that error.
