InfoPath Dev

Hello. We are using InfoPath 2010 and have an issue with using Print Preview with our multiple-selection list box. We have enabled the option "Allow users to enter custom values" (see screen shot) which adds a blank field at bottom of list. Then we go to print preview and select various items from the list and then select the last option in the list which allows a user to enter their custom data. The info the user enters in the custom value section, does not display in print preview. Is there something that we have to do to enable this viewing in print preview?

 Can you please attach a screen shot of what you see in the print preview. The info the user enters in the custom value section, does not display in print preview, can you please explain this? Is this what you see in the print preview.
