Hi Everyone
I have a form for Conference Room reservations. I have several things that need to happen in the form. First is they need to select a location (we have two office buildings) their are others fields but I'll just use the important ones. Then they need to put in the number of Attendees that will be attending the meeting, then based on the location above the proper dropdown for room selection is made available (if they choose location 1 then location 1 dropdown will be active for them to choose a room) based on the location they chose above. So location 1 is now available for them to make a room selection based on the number of attendees.
What I need next is proving difficult. I need the Setup for that room based on the minimum and maximum for that room to be returned. So room 103 could have 3 different room setups based on the number of attendees.
I am using a SP list as my secondary list called room options (secondary).
Example data from my list. Example scenario would be need to book a room at Central, I will have 40 people, based on that I get to choose the room options that fit within those parameters. I pick room 103 then the Set-up Down-down should populate with Theater, Hollow Rectangle, Pod/Rounds and Classroom.
