How do you debug a DataConnection.Execute that silently fails?

My code looks like this : this.DataConnections[Constants.DCSUBMIT].Execute(); It's in the code-behind of the form's "Save" button (it needs to be done using code-behind because it performs various checks). It used to work and to be quite stable. the form gets saved into a Sharepoint documents library. But I broke something, I don't know what. When I submit the form, there is no error message (!) but the form doesn't appear in the Sharepoint documents library. How do you debug this? How do you get the error message, if there is one, when no exception is raised? I tried to cast the DataConnection object to SharePointListRWQueryConnection to get the resulting xml data, but VS2005 won't recognize the class SharePointListRWQueryConnection and I can't find what reference is missing...

SOLVED. The form was saved properly, it's a view filter that was preventing me from seeing it in the library. *ashamed*
