I'm hoping that someone will be able to help me. I have an SharePoint 2010 list which I'm customising in InfoPath 2010. I have several user fields on this. One gets the current logged on user, their job title, department and line manager. The next is if the logged on user is not making the request, so they select a user from the people picker on which rules run to set that user's Job Title, Department and Line Manager. I need then to take the Line Manager field and populate a text box with that Line Managers Job Title. Do I need a secondry UserProfile connection, if not, how do I get this - I have tried various options and they return the people picker choices job title.
I'm not used to using code, so if anyone can advise a codeless solution that would be great.
