The two operations are:

SubmitDocumentWithKey

QueryDBWithUserKey

The objective of this lab is to introduce you to the two operations above on the scenario where SharePoint is on a different server/domain from Azure – which is a standalone server.

Qdabra DBXL Training - Module 4 - PDF Generation

The Qdabra’s PDF Rendering Service aided by DBXL v3.0 or higher allows generating PDF copies of forms that are submitted to the Database Accelerator - DBXL v3.0.

Prerequisites:

IIS SMTP Service is a component for forwarding e-mail messages to an SMTP server for delivery.

DBXL Administration Tool v3.0

Qdabra DBXL Training - Module 3 - Event Receiver

Using the Event Receiver, the InfoPath form does not need to be modified to include the data connection that submits to the DBXL Web Service. The InfoPath form template submits to a SharePoint form library, and the Event Receiver maps those forms to DBXL.

This scenario is most important for SharePoint 2013. Therefore, the tutorial in this document will focus on SharePoint 2013. However, the steps should be similar if working on SharePoint 2010. The Event Receiver has not been tested in SharePoint 2003 or 2007.

Note: The event receiver has only been tested on SharePoint 2013 and is only supported in side-by-side deployment scenarios, i.e. when DBXL is not installed directly on the SharePoint site.
