i've spenf nearly 2 days trying to diagnose and fix this problem. i've read a lot of posts about the message and the details of the message and none of the suggestions worked. this was my last attempt before completely going insane. THANK YOU!!!!!

Is the "remove this form" in IP 2007? I don't seem to get this in IP 2003.

Thanks for the tip on clearing the cache, this works a treat.
