Qdabra’s Active Directory Web Service is used to obtain users' authenticated information and integrates with InfoPath forms without the need of writing code. It can also be used in browser-enabled forms and others that do not require InfoPath.

This is an example of the last step in the data connection wizard. By default data connections are set to load when the form opens. You can change this by unchecking the box, but you must remember to query the data connection via a rule in your form before you can access the data.

Double click on “tns: table” parameter (redbox1). Enter the table name you want to query in the “Sample Value” field in “Parameters Details” dialog box (red box2). Click on “OK” button (red box3). Click on “Next” button (red box 4)

Double Click on “tns: database” parameter (red box1). Enter the shredding Database name in “Sample Value” field in “Parameter Details” dialog box (red box2). Click on “OK” button (red box3).

Select the Get Column for Rows of the Database Enumeration Service.

Enter the URL for the web service. Be careful of the syntax.

To Submit Documents to the database via DBXL select the SubmitDocument Operation of the Webservice.
