Need urgent help!!! Scenario: I have 2 sharepoint sites, locally hosted http://a.com and on the web http://b.com 2 different IP's, 2 different servers, different logins no link between the 2. As per the policy i need to keep a replica of the work done locally to the web as well, immediate changes...

You can also use SSO to submit in secure library. You need to configure SSO in your data connection file. This way you can restrict write right to only one user.
