Unable to publish a browser-enabled form -- form is browser-compatible but "cannot be browser enabled on selected site"

I am running into an issue publishing a form to server.  When I try to publish I receive the error, "This form template is browser-compatible, but it cannot be browser enabled on the selected site."

The error lists the following possible causes:

    - The server is not running InfoPath Form Services

    - The necessary features are not available on the site collection

    - The policy setting on the server  does not allow users to browser-enable form templates

The problem is that I am able to publish other browser-compatible forms to the same server, so the above causes cannot be true.  I have checked to make sure that the browser options are the same for each form.  The only difference between the two forms is that one has its language set to en-us and the other to fr-ca.  Can anyone give me a hint as to what I can do to resolve this?

Change the forms trust level to domain or full trust

    Hi,

Please check the followingthing on the server where you are trying to publish your infopath form.

InfoPath Form service is available or not.

From central admin check that required feature are activated or not.

Hope this will solve your problem
