I need to save the form in the submitting event in the same library and with the same name it already was saved. This is a browser enabled form and for information I need to change the value so I can start a Workflow after the form is submitted.

I think you are submitting the form first and then setting the value.

First add the rule to change value and second rule should be submit the form to share point.

If you are using code to “Submit the form to share point”, Set the value in the code before submitting to share point, Instead of using rule to change values.
