Flow of activities
- in sharepoint i have a link to an infopath form; This form fetches information from a datbase and allows the user to enter some fields
- this form is submitted, so we have a item with data in form library + a task is created for the next step
- the recipient of the task, sees this task list item and double clicks it to approve/reject it and give some comment in a textfield
Problem : when the recipient opens the form, he should see the values from this task list item. He can see some fields but not the extended fields. They remain empty ?? No error msg
Two possiblilities : extended form fields are not save to the list or they are not retrived from the list to display.
I don't hav a clue if there was a problem with deploy or if this is a security issue ?? Does anone have any suggestion or siilar problems ?
