Hello all,

When two people open the same InfoPath form (in a web based version) and saving and submiting the form (as the same original filename) then the last submitter is overriding the submitters before him.

It's not like in other file types when you open them and you get the open to edit or open for read only.

What can I do to let 2 people fill the same web based form and not deleting each other?

Any ideas?

Hi Tal.

You either need to make your form naming scheme more unique, use a time stamp or something so that the files remain unique.

Or make the form so that it only can be submitted once or use a read-only view so that the read-only people do not save. Or you can turn off overwrite in SharePoint.
