Hi, I am just getting started....

I have an infopath form set up in Qdabra DBXL.  I have created 5 documents, and done the database mapping.

When I shred the documents nothing seems to happen - I get the message.  All documents shredded correctly.  But no data is appearing in my DB. 

Where should I look/What should I be changing ?

Hi Catherine.

If you go to the general tab in the configuration, turn on fail on shred error check box.

Save the configuration and then go to the document page and reshred the documents.

Then you should see the error that is occuring.

Typically it is an issue with your mapping or the setup of the table is not compatible.

It should be simple to fix but you need the message to troubleshoot.

It may also be that your mapping is incorrect.  The Qdabra eventlog will give you informational messages if there were no xml nodes were found.

I get the error message.

I9999: An unhandled exception was thrown - No Transaction is active.

I have uninstalled the accelerator, ane re-installed it.  I have checked which login used for SQL Authentication.

The login has server roles of sysadmin and dbcreator; and ALL roles for the DB it is trying to shred to, and QdabraDBXL and Qdabarasamples.

I am still getting the error message. 

I have looked in the event viewer and the error message is

Caught exception on shredding document (DocType = 'qdabrademo', DocId = 11) encountered a critical error and needs attention:

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
   at Qdabra.Dbxl.Domain.DocumentType.SaveDocumentToTables(Document doc, XmlDocument xmlDoc, XmlNamespaceManager nsMgr)
   at Qdabra.Dbxl.Domain.Document.OnSaved()

The stack trace was:    at Qdabra.Dbxl.Domain.DocumentType.SaveDocumentToTables(Document doc, XmlDocument xmlDoc, XmlNamespaceManager nsMgr)
   at Qdabra.Dbxl.Domain.Document.OnSaved().

I am afraid this does not help me - can some one please interpret.
