InfoPath Dev

Ok.  Obviously I am new to InfoPath since I am utilizing the 'newbie section' of this forum, but just wanted to throw it there again. 

I have altered a template in InfoPath (2003) and published it as a template in a Form Library in SharePoint Services 3.0.  I have created the data connection and the submit settings via InfoPath.  I can open the template from the SP form library, complete the data, and submit successfully.  Then nothing.  I can not 'see' the form anywhere in my SP site. 

My data connection is set to save the form to a separate form library (from the template library) with the file name - concat(Client, Review_Quarter, now()).  I have checked my settings with an InfoPath book and can not seem to figure this out.  Where are my forms going after I hit 'submit'? 

 Any help you can provide will be GREATLY appreciated!  I am happy to provide additional details if needed.

Where is your form set to submit (target), In the sharepoint library or a shared folder?

Open the Submit button properties and check

It is set to submit to a Sharepoint Form library. 

Try deleting "/Forms/AllItems.aspx" at the end of the data connection link

Success!  I had already deleted the '/AllItems.aspx', but not the '/forms'.  Thank you !

 I am able to display the form in SP library but after the when i tried to submit form it says unable to submit and throwing the following error:

Infopath can not submit the form.An error occured while submitting the from.

Error details:

[ A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know the value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try again. Otherwise, contact the author of the form template.]

I submitted 2 requests and on third  time it gave me above stated error.

Please advise.

The first two times you submitted the form it submitted successfully and was displayed in your library? You have the option in your SharePoint submit connection to overwrite the form if it already exists -- if you are basing the name on fields in the form, and you re-submit the same form and it has the same name, if you aren't overwriting you will get this error.

If I check overwrite the form if already exists,it is overwriting the request send by same person before.I need seperate entries/requests to be displayed as they are submitted.

Here are the steps I am following:

In design mode -> pointing submitting forms to my SP form library and same name  as for dataconnection.

then file-> publish and give url of my SP library.

When you set up your submit, you have a place to enter the form name. You will need to make sure that the name of the form will be unique on submit -- I am guessing that the field you are using for the name of the form is not unique, it is the same each time. http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/5567/20910.aspx#20910 may help you with this.
