Hi,

I need to populate a dropdown from a sharepoint list and by default the dropdown should show all the values in the list. And on selection of a value(s) in a Multiple Select List box, the values in the dropdown should show only values corresponding to the values selected in the multiple select list box.

 How can I achieve this functionality? Also, is it possible to select multiple values from a list as the default value in a dropdown. What i saw is that the dropdown is picking up only the first value from the list and displaying it in the dropdown.

Hi deep

To achieve the multiple filtering you would have to concatenate the multiple selects with a OR or similar to allow for the filter.

To just link the drop-down list to teh SharePoint list and filter to this one concatenated field.  Not tried this myself but see if you can make it work.
