    Hello, brand new user and attempting to create a performance review with multiple option buttons.

    I've started out by using the performance review form and am altering to include 4 review periods. The ratings are horizontal; e.g. Competency #1 - Q1 (ratings) Q2 (ratings) Q3 (ratings) Q4 (ratings). Each time I add a new field with the option buttons, they are automatically vertical. Any ideas of how I can alter this to insert horizontally?

    Hi Kathryn,

    One suggestion is to use table layout with each column for each button.
