newbe: How to create cascading dropdown (3 levels) using sharepoint lists

Hi, All helps points to you guys so here I am. I'm not a tech but struggling to create a simple IinoPath form with 3 linked but not repeating dropdowns where the selection in the first filters the second and the selection of the second filters autopopulates the 3rd.

The SP list has columns Product_Group, Product_team, Unit, Engineering_contacts

My eyes have crossed trying to get this to work, I also have duplicate names under the first (Product_Group) column which I need to filter so the selection options are unique.

Can anyone walk me through this? I've spent hours researching this to no avial :(

    Cheers Charlie

    Hi Charlie,

There are lot of forum posts and howto's in this site which talk about cascading dropdowns. Use the search available in this site to get to them

    Hi,

I know I've read most of them, they mostly talk about "repeating" cascades or using data connections other than a simple sharepoint list.

Hence my post to everyone :)
