    Template for the tracker error

    When trying to download the template.xsn file I receive an error - almost like it odesn't exist. Then when trying to open the configuration file it tries to open the template but again tells me it is not available or contact system administrator? Do you have any ideas?

    Could you please click the details button when the error occurs and post here what it says.
