    Unusual behavior

    I have a form that is used by 200+ people with success. I now have 1 person who can no longer open the exiting forms or create a new one. She receives an error message that says to it is unable to open the template contact the publisher, catastrophic failure. She can open up all other forms we use with no errors, all of which were edited and published by me using the same version of InfoPath. She has the same version installed. Everyone else can open her forms. She can open and edit the template, too. Does anyone have a suggestion?

    You might try having this user remove the template from her cache - open InfoPath filler, find the form under the New category, right click and remove. May also want to make sure she has all Windows & Office patches installed.
