    Hide text box borders

So what I want to happen here is when a user submits the form (gets sent out via email) the text box borders go away.  I have tried everything I can think of to remove the borders but they still persist.  When in the design view I can remove borders there, but once the form is published and I test submit it, the borders appear for the text boxes in the email. .

You can create a separate view that will be used specifically after submit that contains all the text boxes that don't have the border.  Just be sure to set the display view to show after the form is submitted.
