1 form - submitting multiple rows to 1 list

I have got the trial of qRules and am trying to work out how to submit a form to multiple rows in a list from 1 form.

My form is collecting information on what qualifications people have in the company.

My list has the following columns:

Name - Date - Name of qualification - Date received qualification - Institute/University/College

And my field has the following fields:

    Name: ________ Date: ________

Name of qualification - Date received qualification - Institute/University/College

    Qualification 1 - ________________ - _____________________ - ______________________

    Qualification 2 - ________________ - _____________________ - ______________________

    Qualification 3 - ________________ - _____________________ - ______________________

So there is 3 rows of information people can enter if needed. What I need is depending on whether they have 0-3 qualifications, create 0-3 rows in the list with their qualification details.

If they leave all 3 rows blank, then don't submit anything.

If they enter data for qual 1, add 1 row to list.

If they enter data for qual 1-3, add 1-3 rows to list.

    Can qRules do this?

    Yes, qRules can do this.

If the blank rows are present in the form, you'll need to add a filter to your mapping file. I would recommend checking out Hilary's walkthrough. This will allow you to create the mapping file. Once that's created and working, we can help you add the condition; it should be quite easy to add the condition as a final step.

If the blank rows do not exist by default in the form (and users click Add to add rows as needed), then no filter is needed, since you won't have blank rows.

The qRules trial is available on Qdabra.com. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!
