Cannot create a form in a browser but can view edit

When I click Add Document or  New Document in the ribbon I get:  Error: There has been an error while loading the form.

I have the InfoPath form compatiblity set, the sharepoint form library set to open in browser and there are no errors in design checker nor logic inspector.  When I switch the library settings to open in Client and create a form it works fine. I can even edit that form in a browser.   The issue is solely around the creation of the fom in the browser.

    Variables:

    • SharePoint 2010
    • Infopath 2010
    • Creating a form that is a Infopath 2007 Web Browser Form Template
    • 3 secondary data sources -  Receiving information and one is from the library itself (ID)

    Any ideas would be great!

This is what I've pulled from the correlation idea in the logs:

The form template failed to load. Re: Cannot create a form in a browser but can view edit

     Hi-

I would check to see what's happening on load. Are there data connections that execute on load? Are there on load rules?

If so, one of those is likely causing this. To troubleshoot, disable some of these so they don't execute on load. Republish the form and try. This will allow you to narrow down the error to a specific data connection or rule.

    Good luck!

Okay, removed the on-loads and there is still the error. Correlation ID is pretty useless.
