InfoPath Dev

I have different regions like development (http://xyzdev.com/), system test (http://xyzsyst.com), user acceptance test (http://xyzuat.com) and production  (http://xyz.com) on different servers and InfoPath form and udcx files were developed using InfoPath 2007 on development region.

is it possible to migrate the same InfoPath form and udcx files in system test on different sharepoint server which has different initial link

I would suggest packaging up the site as a wsp then deploying it onto your different servers.  The links should be relative and then will work after you redeploy the site.
