InfoPath Dev

I've just made a very simple change to our InfoPath template and published the template back to the form library. I am able to create a new form without issue, but when I edit any existing form and attempt to save it, I'm presented with the error message "Save Conflict. Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user". I can rename the form and save it, but am unable to save the form as it's original name. I am using InfoPath 2007 and Sharepoint 2007. I've tried republishing the previous template version, but my results are the same. Any ideas?

There can be many ideas, if you search on internet by:

• "Save Conflict. Your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user"

but the 1st one is that the form has been checked out by another user.

Also, due to this question I posted my follow-up question: 

•  Save vs. Update? <-- save vs submit?

(Probably you should use Update instead of Save?)
