I have stumbled on a major road block on my form development. Apparently users with the sharepoint portal permission level "Readers, Contributors" are getting the following error when they submit the form through the submit button the form template.
The form cannot be submitted to the following location... The site may be offline, read-only or otherwise unavailable" .
I do have the Service pack 2 installed.

However users with Admin role can successfully submit form to this sharepoint portal. Obviously we cannot have all the users with admin role... Somebody please HELP!!!!!!

Hi Abhishek.
Thanks for the link. I went through the hot fix explanantion but sounds like the issue addressed by the hot fix is that "sometimes this error is got after prior successful submissions"... In my case i cannot submit the form successfully at all....

Anybody cam help me PLEASE?....What permissions are you guys using for the user to submit the form, omitting out "admin" role?

Please help, Since my entire deployment is of no use if the submit itself does'nt work :((

Even I am facing the same problem.But I have contacted the Microsoft guys. And I am waiting for them to give me the hotfix service pack as it is not available for download.

Apart from Admin role,I give Contributer permissions for the user.
